Shipping policy

Shipping fees will be added to the price of the items and will be charged for delivery to a single destination, even if more than one item is ordered. Once an order is placed, it takes 1–4 business days to process, and the order will be delivered within {5-17} business days at most from the date of placement. "Business Day" — Sunday–Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays and Sabbath days. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. If the product is delivered to a pickup point or locker at the customer's request — the date of delivery to the point will be considered the delivery date.{In dropshipping from abroad:} The products are shipped from a warehouse abroad and there may be delays during busy periods; in any case, the order will be delivered within {number} business days at most. It is clarified that the company is the seller in the transaction and is legally responsible to the customer, even when the product is shipped from a supplier outside of Israel.A company is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control (strike, communication failures, security situation, force majeure), without derogating from the consumer's rights under law regarding failure to deliver on time. It is necessary to ensure that the shipping address has been entered in full and accurately; a shipment lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer is the customer's responsibility, without derogating from his rights under law.

{Dropshipping only:} Products shipped from abroad may be subject to import taxes and fees by law; if applicable, the shipping company will contact the customer. This expected liability is clearly displayed before the order is completed.
