Refund policy

This policy is formulated in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. In the event of any conflict between this section and the provisions of the law, the provisions of the law prevail, even if the customer has approved otherwise.

Right of cancellation in a distance sales transaction. A purchase on the site is a "distance sales transaction". The customer may cancel the transaction from the moment the order is placed until 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the transaction details document - whichever is later, regardless of whether the shipment has been shipped. The number of days includes holidays; if the last day falls on a holiday - the deadline will be postponed to the next business day. Extension: A person with a disability, a senior citizen (65+) or a new immigrant may cancel within 4 months, provided that the transaction included a conversation between the business and the customer (including by electronic communication); the company may request an appropriate certificate.

Cancellation method. Cancellation notice can be sent by email to {getmonaro@gmail.com}, ID number and order number. There is no obligation to give a reason. The company will send the customer confirmation of receipt of the notice.

Cancellation before shipment. If the transaction is canceled before the product is shipped — a full refund will be made, minus any applicable cancellation fees, without the need to return the product.Refund. In the event of a cancellation that is not due to a defect, the Company will refund the full amount paid (including shipping fees paid, to the extent paid) within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, using the payment method used to make the transaction (paid by credit card - a credit will be made to that card), and may deduct a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS - whichever is lower. The cancellation fee includes all expenses (shipping, packaging, etc.) and no additional amount will be charged beyond them. The cost of returning the product to the Company, when the cancellation is not due to a defect, applies to the customer.Cancellation due to defect or inconsistency. The transaction was canceled due to a defect, inconsistency between the product and the details provided, or another violation on the part of the company — no cancellation fees will be charged at all, the company will bear the cost of returning the product, and the refund will be in full. The customer is entitled, at his choice, to a full refund or exchange. It is recommended to attach documentation (photo/video) to the request.Exchange and non-cancellable products. In addition to the right of cancellation under the law, the company allows one exchange within 14 days of receiving the package, subject to non-use that goes beyond checking for suitability and return with the original labels; the cost of return (not due to defect) is borne by the customer. Clarification: These terms apply to the exchange benefit only - the right of cancellation under the law is not conditional on original packaging or labels, provided that the product has not been used beyond reasonable inspection. In accordance with Section 14C(d) of the Law, the right of cancellation does not apply, among other things, to: perishable products; products that were specially manufactured for the customer according to a personal order; products that can be recorded, reproduced or duplicated, the original packaging of which has been opened; and "information" as defined in the Computer Law. The fact that the product is on sale does not negate the right of cancellation.

Miscellaneous. A credit voucher issued due to the return of a product will be valid for at least two years from the date of delivery; a purchase receipt or gift card purchased for a fee will be valid for at least five years from the date of issue. The company may cancel an order in the event of a material error in the product description or price, or a shortage of stock; in such a case, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and will be refunded the full amount paid.
